Size Guide

Our Heeru Ribguard comes in two sizes, "small" and "large," designed to fit a range of standard men's and women's t-shirt sizes. For the best fit, we recommend measuring yourself with a tape measure. If that's not available, your regular t-shirt size should work as a reliable guide, here's how:

SIZE "SMALL": rib cage circumference: 62-80cm/25-31.5", corresponds approx. to t-shirt sizes XS to tight S (MEN) and XXS-M (WOMEN)

SIZE "LARGE": rib cage circumference 80-100cm/31.5-39", corresponds approx. to t-shirt sizes M-XL (MEN) and L-XXL (WOMEN)

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR RIB CAGE?
If you have a measuring band, place it on your naked skin just below the chest (see photo).
Ensure the band sits firmly at an even height, also on your back - a quick check in the mirror might help.
