Shipping policy

For shipments outside the European Union (EU), please note the following:

United States (USA):
Orders shipped to the United States are now sent with duties and taxes fully prepaid via FedEx. This means that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Other non-EU countries:
Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are a small company and it takes some time to grow and expand. If your country is not listed here yet, please send us a message to hello@heeru-surf.com so we can look into arranging a shipment for you.
